Registration & Refund Policy:
- The first 15 paid registrations are guaranteed a seat. You are not registered until payment is received by PEPC.
- Payment must be received at a minimum one week prior to the course date.
- Registration cancellations received in writing 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the start of the course, however you may send a substitute.
- In the event that the course is cancelled by PEPC a full (100%) refund will be provided.
